Yom HaShoah Holocaust Remembrance Day 2022
Join us in remembrance of the Holocaust and to combat anti-Semitism and all forms of hate today
A virtual Holocaust remembrance ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2022, at 7:00 PM and you are invited to be a participant. The program will include:
- Survivor Testimony by Gabi Held: Remembering the Holocaust
- Father Patrick Desbois, author of “Holocaust By Bullets”: Documenting Evidence of the Holocaust in Eastern Europe
- Candle Lighting Ceremony: 6 Candles representing the 6 Million Jewish Victims and 1 additional Candle representing the 5 Million other Victims of the Holocaust
Please light your candle at home and join leaders from the Jewish, Muslim, Roma, Sinti, LBGTQ+, Ukrainian, Uyghur, Sikh, African-American, Asian-American, Latinx communities as they light their candles in remembrance of the victims of the Holocaust that we must never forget.
