Members of the AZM are part of a world-wide movement of people who believe in The Jerusalem Program, which is the set of ideals and principles on which all Zionists agree. It was adopted in 1951 at the 23rd World Zionist Congress and revised by the 27th Zionist Congress in 1968. It was most recently revised at the meeting of the Zionist General Council in June 2004.
