Join BZD and tour guide Jacob Shoshan on a virtual tour of the 3 Baltic States: Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Let’s travel from Tallinn to the former Klooga Concentration Camp in Estonia, walk the streets of the former Jewish ghetto of Riga, stop by at the memorial at the Rumbula killing, and lastly, explore the Vilnius and the Ponar Forest.
As we seek Jewish heritage sites in places like Kaunas and Trakai, we also get a glimpse into Jewish life in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia before the Holocaust and hear what happened to those flourishing communities during that dark period.
