Holocaust Survivor Testimony and Q&A with Alice Ginsburg
On the eve of Yom HaShoah, students and teachers are invited to join us to listen to Holocaust survivor Alice Ginsburg speak about her experiences. Ms. Ginsburg was born in 1930 in Czechoslovakia. When the Nazis invaded in 1944, she and her family were relocated into a ghetto. Two weeks later, Ms. Ginsburg and her family were deported to Auschwitz and she never saw her mother again. In May 1945, she was liberated and immigrated to the United States in February 1947.
