CHICAGO  — On Sunday, July 14, at 11:00 am (CT), Hadassah, The Women’s Zionist Organization of America, and Hadassah Chicago-Northshore will host “Tools for Tough Conversations in a Post-October 7th World, a Candid Conversation With Young Zionists,” a panel discussion about the complexities of being a Zionist today. With: Rachel Chernoff, a Chicago civil litigator and former Cook County and Washington, DC, assistant attorney general; Anna Warshay, a University of Illinois Chicago (UIL) graduate student who has twice addressed the UIL board about antisemitism on its campuses; Diana Diner, Hadassah’s Zionism Educator and the driving force behind a series of Hadassah programs that are kick-starting conversations about what Zionism means to women in their 30s, 40s and 50s; and moderator Randi Richmond, director of Evolve Hadassah: The Next Generation.
