Join Baltimore Zionist District as we cook with Huppit Bartov Miller to bring you Israeli summer-inspired dishes.
Huppit Bartov Miller is a cook, a food blogger, a food instructor, and the founder of Afooda. An Israeli-American mother of three with education and business background who has a huge passion for food, family, and tradition.
We are EXCITED to bring YOU Israeli summer-inspired dishes:
Experience the making of a Tunisian fresh salad and learn the connection and influence of Tunisian cuisine on Israeli mainstream dishes. Huppit will also be introducing one of the most popular Israeli cheeses – Halloumi. Also on the menu, pita sticks with Israeli popular spices and homemade slushies with Israeli summer flavors watermelon, Arak, and Nana (mint).
