Experience the making of a Tunisian fresh salad and learn the connection and influence of Tunisian cuisine on Israeli mainstream dishes. Huppit will also be introducing one of the most popular Israeli cheeses – Halloumi. Also on the menu, pita sticks with Israeli popular spices and homemade slushies with Israeli summer flavors watermelon, Arak, and Nana (mint).
