Marc serves as Managing Partner—overseeing both CEO and COO functions—at Phillips Nizer LLP, where he practices as a real estate and business transactional attorney. In addition to his professional work, Marc provides pro bono counsel to numerous Jewish, Israel-related, and other nonprofit organizations, advising on matters of governmental, tax, and regulatory compliance.
Marc’s leadership within the Jewish community extends across several major institutions. He serves on the Executive Board of the Union for Reform Judaism, sits on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists, and is a Commissioner for the New York City Board of Elections.
A distinguished scholar and attorney, Marc earned his A.B. from Princeton University, J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. His professional excellence and dedication to service have been recognized with honors from Legal Services NYC, City & State Reports, and the New York State Bar Association for his outstanding pro bono work and distinguished contributions to legal and community service.
