israel day on 5th May 31, 2026

The annual Israel on Fifth Parade took place on Sunday, May 31, 2026, celebrating unity, resilience, and Jewish pride. The American Zionist Movement, in partnership with the World Zionist Organization and Jewish Agency for Israel, marched proudly up Fifth Avenue with a vibrant float and an enthusiastic marching group made up of representatives from AZM’s 51 member organizations.

The theme of the 2026 parade was “Proud Americans, Proud Zionists” — A celebration of identity, resilience, and unity—honoring heritage, embracing community, and standing confidently in who we are, together.

We were proud to march alongside members from the following AZM organizations:
Hadassah, RZA–Mizrachi, Na’amat USA, Mercaz USA, AMIT Children, Dorshei Torah V’Tzion, ARZA, Herut North America, Kol Yisrael/WCUZ, America Forum For Israel, AID Coalition, Am Yisrael Chai, CCJH/Eretz Hakodesh, and Doreinu (Lavi-Vision).

We were also honored to be joined by:

International Jewish Organizations: B’nai B’rith, Emunah, WIZO

Youth Organizations: AZYC, Club Z

Other: OHR Druze Foundation/AIDPAC , Jewish Federation of New Haven

We honor and thank the parents of Omer Neutra, alav ha-shalom, for standing with the AZM. Your resilience in the face of loss is a powerful reminder of the unity, strength, and enduring spirit that defines us.

Together, we marched in solidarity, in hope, and in strength.
