The Taste of Memories campaign is a collaborative initiative between the WZO, AZM, and Masa Israel Journey to bring together the global Jewish community during Chanukah 2024. Taste of Memories is a unique initiative that works to commemorate fallen IDF soldiers and Israeli victims of terror, through cooking their favorite recipes and telling the stories of their lives.
On the fifth night of Hanukkah, Sunday, December 29, 2024 (28 Kislev), let us unite in prayer and hope. Let us dedicate this night to the freedom of those who remain captive. Display the menorah alongside an Israeli flag, a yellow ribbon, a photo of the hostages, or a unique prayer for their release. Capture this moment with a photo or video and upload it to the form below.
Each day has a dedicated individual to read and learn about. Some of the individuals have a sticker with a quote that they either wrote or their family chose to describe them.
